A woman went down to the Welfare Office to get aid.
The office worker asked her, "How many children do you have?"
"Ten," she replied.
"What are their names?" he asked.
"LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, LeRoy, and LeRoy," she answered.
"They're all named LeRoy?" he asked, "What if you want them to come in from playing outside?"
"Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just call 'LeRoy,' and they all come running in."
"And, if you want them to come to the table for dinner?"
"I just say, 'LeRoy, come eat your dinner'," she answered.
"But what if you just want ONE of them to do something?" he asked.
"Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just use their last name!"

사무직원이 그녀에게 물었다, "아이들이 몇 명입니까?"
"10명입니다," 하고 그녀가 대답했다.
"아이들의 이름은 어떻게 됩니까?" 하고 그가 물었다.
"르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 르로이, 그리고 르로이입니다," 하고 그녀가 대답했다.
"애들 이름이 모두 르로이라고요?" 하고 그가 물었다, "만약 바깥에서 놀고 있는 아이들을 불러들이고 싶을 때 어떻게 하죠?"
"아, 그건 쉽죠, 그냥 '르로이'라고 부릅니다, 그러면 아이들이 모두 뛰어들어옵니다."
"그리고, 만약 아이들을 저녁 식탁으로 부르고 싶다면 어떻게 하죠?"
"나는 그냥 '르로이, 저녁 먹으러 오너라'라고 말하죠."하고 그녀가 대답했다.
"그렇지만 만약 당신이 그들 중 한 명에게 무슨 일을 시키려면 어떻게 하죠?" 하고 그가 물었다.
"아, 그건 쉽죠," 하고 그녀가 말했다, "난 그냥 그 애들의 성을 부르죠!"
