A man staggers into an emergency room with two black eyes and a five iron wrapped tightly around his throat. Naturally, the doctor asks him what happened.
"Well, I was having a quiet round of golf with my wife when she sliced her ball into a pasture of cows. We went to look for it and while I was rooting around I noticed one of the cows had something white at its rear end. I walked over and lifted up the tail and sure enough, there was my wife's golf ball stuck right in the middle of the cow's butt. That's when I made my mistake."
"What did you do?" asks the doctor.
"Well, I lifted the tail and yelled to my wife, Hey, this looks like yours!"
어떤 남자가 비틀거리며 병원 응급실에 들어오는데, 두 눈은 검게 멍들어 있었고 목에는 5번 아이언 골프채가 단단히 감겨 있었다. 당연히 의사가 그 남자에게 무슨 일이 있었느냐고 물었다.
"제가 아내와 함께 조용히 골프 한 라운드를 하고 있었는데 아내가 스라이스한 공이 목장 안으로 날아갔습니다. 우리들은 그 공을 찾아갔는데 제가 여기저기 뒤지며 찾다가 보니까 암소 한 마리 뒤쪽에 뭔가 흰 게 보이더라고요. 제가 그쪽으로 가서 꼬리를 들춰보니 아니나 다를까 제 아내의 골프공이 암소의 엉덩이 한가운데에 박혀 있었습니다. 그때 제가 잘못을 저질렀습니다."
"뭘 어쨌는데요" 하고 의사가 물었다.
"제가 꼬리를 들어 올리고 아내에게 소리쳤지요, 여보, 이게 당신 것 하고 같아 보이네!"
