A man walked into the ladies department of a Macy's, one of the largest department store chains.
He shyly walked up to the woman behind the counter and said "I'd like to buy a bra for my wife."
"What type of bra?" asked the clerk.
"Type?" inquires the man "There is more than one type?"
"Look Around," said the saleslady, as she showed a sea of bras in every shape, size color and material.
"Actually, even with all of this variety, there are really only three types of bras," replied the salesclerk.
Confused, the man asked what were the types.
The saleslady replied "The Catholic type, the Salvation Army type, and the Baptist type. Which one do you need?"
Still confused the man asked "What is the difference between them?"
The lady responded "It is all really quite simple. The Catholic type supports the masses, the Salvation Army type lifts up the fallen, and the Baptist type makes mountains out of mole hills."
한 남자가 최대 규모의 백화점 체인점의 하나인, 메이시 백화점 숙녀복 매장에 들어갔다.

"한번 둘러 보세요," 하고 여점원은 모양, 크기, 색갈, 소재등이 다른 여러 종류의 브라를 보여주면서 말했다.
"사실은 이렇게 종류가 다양하지만, 실제로는 브라에 단 세가지 타입이 있습니다," 하고 여점원이 대답했다.
어리둥절해진 그 남자는 그 타입이 무엇이냐고 물었다.
여점원이 대답했다, "가톨릭 타입, 구세군 타입, 그리고 침례 타입입니다. 어느 게 필요하세요?"
여전히 어리둥절한 그 남자가 물었다, "그들 사이에 어떤 차이가 있나요?"
여점원이 대답했다, "사실은 모두 아주 간단합니다. 가톨릭 타입은 큰걸 받쳐주고, 구세군 타입은 처진 걸 올려주고, 침례 타입은 작은 걸 크게 만들어 줍니다."
