A deer hunter at a hunting camp bagged two deer, one more than the limit.
He called his wife ask her to go to the local sporting goods store to get a hunting license in her name and bring it to the hunting camp.
While getting the license she took up conversation with a man who happened to be the Game Warden.
"A wonderful thing happened to my husband... he shot two deer, and he wants me to bring this license up to his camp," she said.
"What say, Mam, that we go up there and we'll BOTH congratulate him," he replied.
어느 사냥 캠프에 있던 한 사냥꾼이 제한 수보다 한 마리 많은 2마리의 사슴을 잡았다.
그는 자기 아내에게 전화를 걸고 동네 스포츠 용품 가게에 가서 그녀 이름으로 사냥 면허증을 하나 받아서 사냥 캠프로 가져오라고 하였다.
면허증을 받는 동안 그녀는 한 남자와 대화를 나누었는데 그 남자는 우연히 수렵 감시인이었다.
"제 남편에게 놀라운 일이 일어났어요.... 남편이 사슴 두 마리를 사냥했는데 저보고 이 면허증을 자기 캠프로 가져오라고 했어요." 하고 그녀가 말했다.
"부인, 우리 거기로 가서 함께 남편을 축하해 주는 게 어떻습니까?" 하고 그가 대답하였다.
