A young accountant, straight out of school, applies for a job advertised in the Sydney Morning Herald.
He is interviewed by the owner of a small business who has built it up from scratch.
"I need someone with an accounting degree," says the man, "but mainly I'm looking for someone to do my worrying for me."
"How do you mean?" says the accountant.
"I have lots of things to worry about, but I want someone else to worry about money matters."
"OK," says the accountant. "How much are you offering?"
"You can start on seventy-five thousand," says the owner.
"Seventy-five thousand dollars! How can a business like this afford to pay so much?"
"That," says the man, "is your first worry."
대학을 갓 졸업한 한 젊은 회계사가 시드니 모닝 헤럴드에 난 한 구인 광고를 보고 그 직장에 지원하였다.
그는 무일푼에서 일군 어느 조금만 사업장의 사장과 인터뷰를 하였다.

"그게 무슨 말씀입니까?" 하고 회계사가 말했다.
"나에겐 걱정해야 할 일이 참 많습니다, 하지만 돈 문제에 대해서는 다른 사람이 걱정해 주었으면 좋겠습니다."
"좋습니다," 하고 그 회계사가 말했다. "급료를 얼마나 주실 겁니까?"
"당신은 75,000달러에서 시작할 수 있습니다," 하고 사장이 말했다.
"75,000달러라! 이런 직장에서 어떻게 그렇게 많은 보수를 줄 수 있습니까?
사장이 말했다, "그게 당신이 처음으로 해야 할 걱정거리입니다."
