At a rape trial the young victim was asked by the D.A. what the defendant said before the alleged assault.
Too embarrassed to answer aloud, the victim asked if she could write out the answer.
After reading the note, the judge instructed the jury foreman to read it and pass it among the rest of the jurors. One juror, who had dozed off, was nudged by the woman juror sitting next to him.
He took the note from her and read, "I'm going to fuck you like you've never been fucked before."
The juror smiled at the woman and slipped the note in his pocket.
"Will juror number 12 please pass the note to me!" ordered the judge.
"I can't, Your Honor," the juror answered. "It's personal."

피해자는 소리 내어 답변하는 게 너무나 창피하여, 답변을 글로 써서 내면 안 되는지 물었다.
판사는 쪽지를 읽고 난 후, 배심장에게 그걸 읽어보고 나머지 배심원들에게 돌리라고 지시하였다. 한 배심원이 졸고 있었는데, 옆에 앉아있던 여성 배심원이 팔꿈치를 밀어 깨웠다.
그는 그녀로부터 쪽지를 받고 읽어보았다, "나는 네가 이전에 해본 적이 없는 방법으로 너와 섹스하겠다."
그 배심원은 그녀에게 미소를 보내고 그 쪽지를 자기 호주머니 속에 슬쩍 넣었다.
"12번 배심원 그 쪽지를 나에게 돌려주세요!" 하고 판사가 명령하였다.
그 배심원이 대답하였다, "그럴 수 없습니다, 판사님, 이건 사적인 일입니다."
