A man boarded an airplane and took his seat. As he settled in, he glanced up and saw a very beautiful woman boarding the plane.
He soon realized she was heading straight towards his seat. Lo and behold, she took the seat right beside his.
Eager to strike up a conversation, he blurted out, "Business trip or vacation?" She turned, smiled and said, "Business. I'm going to the Annual Nymphomania Convention in Chicago".
He swallowed hard. Here was the most gorgeous woman he had ever seen sitting next to him and she was going to a meeting for nymphomaniacs!
Struggling to maintain his composure, he calmly asked, "What's your business role at this convention?"
"Lecturer," she responded. "I use my experience to debunk some of the popular myths about sexuality."
"Really, " he said, "what myths are those?"
"Well," she explained, "one popular myth is that African American men are the most well endowed when, in fact, it's the Native American Indian who is most likely to possess that trait."
Another popular myth is that French men are the best lovers, when actually it is the men of Jewish descent.
We have, however, found that the best potential lover in all categories is the Southern redneck."
Suddenly, the woman became a little uncomfortable and blushed. "I'm sorry," she said, "I shouldn't really be discussing this with you. I don't even know your name."
"Tonto," the man said, "Tonto Goldstein. But my friends call me Bubba."
어떤 남자가 비행기를 타고 자기 자리를 찾았다. 그가 자리에 앉아 힐끗 위를 보다가 아주 아름다운 여인 한 명이 비행기에 탑승하고 있는 걸 보았다.
그는 곧 그녀가 그의 좌석 쪽으로 걸어오는 걸 보았다. 이럴 수가 있나, 그녀는 그의 바로 옆자리에 앉았다.
꼭 대화를 트고 싶었던 그가 불쑥 말을 꺼냈다, "출장 가십니까 아니면 휴가 가십니까?" 그녀는 돌아보고 미소 지으며 말했다, "출장입니다. 시카고에서 열리는 연례 여성 색정증 회의 참석차 가고 있습니다."
그는 침을 꿀컥 삼켰다. 여기에 이제껏 본 적이 없는 아주 아름다운 여인이 자기 옆에 앉아있고 그녀는 여성 색정증 회의에 참가하려 하고 있다!
평정을 찾으려고 애쓰면서 그가 조용히 물었다, "이 회의에서 당신은 어떤 역할을 맡습니까?"
그녀가 대답했다, "강사요, 저는 인기 있는 성에 관한 속설 일부의 실체를 밝히는데 저의 경험담을 이야기합니다."
그가 말했다, "정말, 무슨 속설들이지요?"
그녀가 설명했다, "아, 인기 있는 속설 하나는 아프리카 출신 미국인 남자는 성기가 가장 잘 발달해 있다는 것입니다만 사실은 그런 특징을 가장 많이 가지고 있는 건 미국 원주민 인디언들이죠."
또 다른 인기 있는 속설은 프랑스 남자들은 가장 좋은 연인이라는 겁니다, 사실은 유대인 계통의 남자들인데도 말입니다.
"하지만, 저희들은 모든 범주에서 가장 좋은 연인이 될 수 있는 사람은 남부지방의 백인 노동자들이란 걸 발견했습니다."
갑자기 그녀는 좀 불편해하면서 얼굴을 붉히고 말했다, "죄송합니다, 제가 당신과 이런 말을 해서는 안 되겠군요. 저는 당신의 이름조차 모르고 있잖아요."
그가 말했다, "톤토, 톤토 골드스타인 입니다. 하지만 제 친구들은 저를 부바라고 부르지요."
