A flat-chested young lady went to Dr. Smith for advice about breast enlargements.

She did this every day faithfully. After several months, it worked!
She grew great boobs! One morning she was running late, and in her rush to leave for work, she realized she had forgotten her morning ritual.

A guy sitting nearby asked her, "Do you go to Dr. Smith by any chance?"

The man stood up and cupped his balls and said, "Hickory dickory dock..."

가까이 앉아 있던 어떤 사내가 그녀에게 물었다, "아가씨, 혹시 스미스 의사에게 다니고 있나요?"
"예, 그래요, 그걸 어떻게 아셨죠?"
