A teacher asked her third grade class to name things that ended with “tor” that ate things.
The first little boy said, “Alligator.”
“Very good James, that’s a big word.”
The second boy said, “Predator.”
“Yes, that’s another big word Alan. Very well done.”
Little Johnny says, “Vibrator.”
After nearly falling off her chair, she says, “That is a big word Johnny, but it doesn’t eat anything.”
“Well, my mother has one and she says it eats fucking batteries like there’s no tomorrow!”
어느 여선생님이 3학년 반 아이들에게 뭘 먹고 또 "tor"로 끝나는 게 뭔지 이름을 말해보라고 물었다.
첫 번째 어린 소년이 말했다, "Aligator (악어)입니다."
"아주 잘했어, 제임스, 그건 좋은 단어야."
두 번째 소년이 말했다, "Predator (포식자)입니다."
"그래, 그것도 좋은 단어야, 알란. 아주 잘했어."
리틀 자니가 말했다, "Vibrator (바이브레이터)입니다."
선생님은 의자에서 거의 떨어질 뻔한 뒤, 말했다, "그것도 좋은 단어야, 자니, 하지만 그건 아무것도 먹지 않아."
"저, 제 어머니가 하나 가지고 있는데, 어머니는 그게 내일 생각은 하지 않고 이놈의 배터리를 잡아먹는다고 말했어요!"
