아메리칸 조크 - 스튜어디스의 말실수

While on a flight from New York, the Stewardess was busy passing out peanuts and cokes to everyone. There were about sixteen flights lined up waiting to get clearance to take off. Then the other Stewardess got a message from the Pilot that the tower said the wind had changed 180 degrees and they were first in line to take off, and to have everyone buckle up. Without thinking she just announced, "Please buckle up, grab your drinks and hold your nuts, we're taking off!." No one saw her for the rest of the flight to Houston. All the other Stewardesses were laughing all the way and so were half of the passengers. 뉴욕을 출발하는 비행기를 타고 있을 때, 스튜어디스가 승객들에게 땅콩과 코카콜라를 나눠주느라 바빴다. 약 16대의 비행기가 줄을 서서 이륙 준비를 하면서 기다리고 있었다. 그때 다른 스튜어디스가 기장으로부터 받은 메시지를 갖고 왔는데 그 메시지는 관제탑에서 바람이 180도로 바뀌어서 그들이 제일 먼저 이륙하게 되었고, 모두가 안전벨트를 매도록 하라고 말했다는 것이었다. 그녀는 별생각 없이 방송하였다, "여러분 안전벨트를 매어주시고, 음료수 잔을 잡고, 여러분의 'nuts'를 쥐고 있으세요, 우리가 탄 비행기가 이륙합니다!" 그 이후 휴스턴으로 날아가는 내내 아무도 그녀를 보지 못하였다. 다른 모든 스튜어디스가 계속 웃음을 터뜨렸고 승객들의 반도 그랬다.
