아메리칸 조크 - 임종의 자리에 변호사를 불러

A person is in the hospital and asked his doctor how much time does he have left to live. The doctor did not want to lie so he told him that he wouldn't make it through the night. So the person calls for his lawyer and asks him to come and sit by his bed. Right before the person dies, the lawyer asks him why did he want him next to him. The dying person replied, "When Jesus died, he had a thief next to him and I want to go the same way." 어떤 사람이 병원에 입원하고 있었는데 의사에게 자기가 앞으로 살날이 얼마 남았느냐고 물었다. 의사는 거짓말을 하고 싶지 않아 그에게 그날 밤을 넘기기가 힘들 거라고 말했다. 그래서 그 사람은 자기 변호사에게 전화하여 와서 자기 침대 옆에 앉아달라고 부탁했다. 그 사람이 죽기 바로 직전, 변호사가 그에게 왜 자기를 옆에 있도록 하였느냐고 물었다. 죽어가고 있던 사람이 대답했다, "예수님이 돌아가실 때, 도둑을 자기 옆에 있게 하였는데 나도 똑같이 하고 싶습니다."
