A family of rugby supporters headed out last Saturday to do their Christmas shopping.
While in a sports shop, the son picked up an England rugby shirt and said to his sister: “I’ve decided to be an England supporter and I would like this for Christmas.”
His sister was outraged and promptly whacked him around the head, telling him to go talk to his mother. Off goes the little lad with the white rugby shirt in hand and finds his mother.
“Mum?”
“Yes son?”
“I’ve decided I’m going to be an England supporter and I would like this shirt for Christmas.”
The mother is outraged and promtly whacks him around the head, saying: “Go talk to your father.”
Off he goes with the rugby shirt in hand and finds his father.
“Dad?”
“Yes son?”
“I’ve decided I’m going to be an England supporter and I would like this shirt for Christmas.”
The father is outraged and promptly whacks his son around the head and says: “No son of mine is ever going to be seen in THAT!”
About half an hour later they’re all back in the car, heading towards home. The father turns to his son and says: “Son, I hope you’ve learned something today.”
The son says: “Yes Dad I have.”
“Good son, what is it?”
The son replies: “I’ve only been an England supporter for an hour and already I hate you Aussie bastards.”
어느 럭비 팬 가족이 지난 토요일 크리스마스 쇼핑을 하러 나갔다.
어느 스포츠용품점에 들렀을 때, 아들이 영국 럭비 셔츠를 골라 그의 누나에게 말했다, "나는 영국 팬이 되기로 했어, 그러고 이걸 크리스마스 선물로 갖고 싶어."

엄마는 화를 내고 즉시 그의 머리를 때리면서 말했다, "가서 네 아버지에게 말해봐."
그는 그 럭비 셔츠를 손에 쥐고 가서 그의 아버지를 찾았다.
"아빠?"
"응, 왜?"
"나는 영국 팬이 되기로 했어요, 그래서 나는 크리스마스 선물로 이 셔츠를 갖고 싶어요."
아버지는 화를 내고 즉시 아들의 머리를 때리고 말했다, "내 아들은 절대로 저걸 입고 있어서는 안 돼!"
반 시간쯤 뒤 그들은 차로 돌아와 집으로 향했다. 아버지가 아들을 돌아보고 말했다, "아들아, 나는 오늘 네가 뭘 좀 배웠기를 바란다."
아들이 말했다, "예, 아빠, 배웠어요."
"착하구나, 뭘 배웠지?"
아들이 대답하였다, "나는 한 시간 동안 영국 팬이었을 뿐이었는데도 벌써 나는 아빠 같은 오스트레일리아 녀석들이 싫어졌어요."
