A teacher, a thief and a lawyer all die in the same freak accident.
So when they reach the pearly gates, St. Peter tells them that, unfortunately, heaven is overcrowded, so they each have to answer a question correctly for admission.
The teacher is first, and St. Peter asks, "Name the famous ship that was sunk by an iceberg."
"Phew, that one's easy," says the teacher, "The Titanic."
"Alright," said St.Peter, "you may pass."
Then the thief got his question: "How many died on the Titanic?"
The thief replied, "That's a toughy, but fortunately I just saw the movie. The answer is 1500 people." And so he passed through.
Last, St. Peter gave the lawyer his question: "Name them."

그래서 그들이 진주문에 도착하였는데, 성 베드로가 그들에게 불행히도, 천국이 초만원이어서 입장하려면 각자가 질문에 정확하게 대답해야 한다고 알려줬다.
교사가 먼저 성 베드로의 질문을 받았다, "빙산 때문에 가라앉은 유명한 배의 이름을 말해보세요."
"휴, 그건 쉽군요, 타이타닉입니다," 하고 교사가 말했다.
"맞습니다," 하고 성 베드로가 말했다, "당신은 통과해도 좋습니다."
그 다음 도적이 질문을 받았다: "타아타닉을 타고 있다가 죽은 사람은 몇명이죠?"
도적이 대답했다, "좀 어려운 문제이군요, 하지만 다행히도 저는 그 영화를 보았습니다. 그 답은 1500 명입니다." 그래서 그도 통과하였다.
마지막으로, 성 베드로가 변호사에게 질문했다: "그들의 이름을 말해보세요."
