A panda walks into a fancy restaurant and eats a fantastic dinner.
When it finishes, it gets up, pulls out a gun and shoots the waiter! It then leaves the restaurant in a hurry.
Hours later, the police catch up with the panda and ask it why it committed such an atrocious crime?!
The panda just shrugs and tells the police to "Go look up 'panda' in the dictionary."
They do, and it reads: "Panda...a black and white animal that eats shoots and leaves."
판다 한 마리가 고급 식당에 들어와서 환상적인 저녁 식사를 하였다.
판다는 식사를 마치자 일어서서 총을 뽑아 웨이터를 쏘았다! 판다는 그러고는 서둘러 그 식당을 떠났다.
몇 시간 뒤, 경찰관이 판다를 추격하여 붙잡고 왜 그런 끔찍한 범죄를 저질렀느냐고 물었다.
판다는 그냥 어깨를 으쓱하고는 경찰관에게 말했다, "가서 사전에서 판다를 찾아보세요."
그들은 그렇게 하였다, 거기에는 이렇게 기재되어 있었다: "판다... shoots and leaves(순과 잎)를 먹는 검은색과 흰색의 동물."

* leave ☞ 떠나다의 뜻도 있고, leaf의 복수형인 Leaves엔 잎의 뜻도 있음. 그래서 "shoots and leaves"는 "순과 잎"의 뜻도 되고, "쏘고 떠나다"라는 뜻도 된다는 조크
