A doctor taking care of his last appointment of the day gives his patient a thorough exam and finds him in optimal health. As the man is going out the door, he has a heart attack and dies. The doctor looks at the man and tells the nurse, “help me turn him around so it looks like he was just coming in.” 그날의 마지막 예약자를 진찰하고 있던 의사가 그 환자를 철저히 검사하였다, 그러고 그 환자가 최상의 건강 상태인 걸 발견하였다. 그 남자가 문밖으로 나가다가, 심장마비를 일으켜 죽었다. 의사가 그 남자를 보더니 간호사에게 말했다, "이 사람이 그냥 들어오고 있었던 것처럼 보이도록 내가 이 사람을 돌리게 도와줘요."
