She called the police immediately to report the crime. The police dispatcher broadcast the call on the channels and a K-9 unit patrolling nearby was the first to respond.
As the K-9 officer approached the house with his dog on a leash, the blonde ran out onto the porch.
The sight of the cop and his dog made her shudder. She put her face in her hands as she sat down on the steps and began moaning.
"What's the moaning all about, ma'am?" asked the officer.
The blonde replied: "I come home to find all my possessions stolen, so I call the police for help, and what do they do? They send me a blind policeman!"
그녀는 범죄사실을 신고하기 위하여 즉시 경찰에 전화를 걸었다. 경찰서 배차 담당자가 무전기로 호출 방송을 하였는데 근처에 있던 경찰견을 대동한 순찰 경찰관이 먼저 응답하였다.
경찰관이 개 줄에 묶인 경찰견을 데리고 그 집에 도착하자, 그 블론드가 현관으로 뛰어나왔다.
경찰관과 개를 보자 그녀는 몸을 떨었다, 그녀는 손으로 얼굴을 감싸 쥐고 계단에 앉아 한탄하기 시작했다.
"무엇 때문에 한탄하고 계십니까, 부인?" 하고 경찰관이 물었다.
블론드가 대답하였다, "내가 집에 돌아와 내 전 재산이 도둑맞은 걸 보고, 경찰에 도와달라고 전화를 하였는데, 경찰은 지금 뭐하고 있어요? 내게 맹인 경찰관을 보내주다니!"
